This eProgramme is designed to provide the VRQ Level 5 – Management Qualification, as awarded by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). It provides the underpinning knowledge for the Award, Certificate and Diploma. The Certificate builds on the Level 5 Award, and the Diploma builds on the Certificate, though the Diploma is more suited to the practising manager due to the more challenging demands it presents. For corporate clients customized programmes can be provided with a selection from 30 Units that provides best fit with the learning requirement.

The Level 5 Management Qualification aims to give practising managers the widest choice for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing a very wide range of basic middle management skills and assisting participants in gaining the comprehensive knowledge required at this level. A minimum of 45 hours are required for the Award, 150 hours for the Certificate, and 220 hours for the Diploma. The programme consists of five learning modules:

For Your Information :To assist with this the system contains an online assessment portfolio. Learning deliver consists of a maximum of 75% online and a minimum of 25% facilitated. It is for the corporate client, and/or the individual, and the trainer to agree upon the extent of tutor support services required, when booking this course. We offer a wide range of both accredited and non-accredited courses which can be accommodated both directly as e-learning or a blended approach.

This course is based at our main engineering training facility, located just off the M1 J34 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Ideally situated for access from Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster or Rotherham.
