This eProgramme is designed to provide the Level 4 – Award in Management qualification, as awarded by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). These Units embrace a number of subjects, for example, Behaviour, Communication, Information, Leadership, Networking, Objectives, Organisation functions and structures, Presentation and Questioning skills and Time Management. The Level 4 Award in Management

aims to give managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by exploring the middle manager role, and to develop the skills needed in such a role and also to prepare candidates for the more rigorous demands of study at the higher levels. A minimum of 34 hours are required. However to provide a solid foundation of underpinning knowledge the programme contains 66 online learning hours. The programme consists of two learning modules.

• 4.01 Understanding the Management Role - 4 credits
• 4.02 Developing Management Skills - 4 credits

For Your Information :Both these Units are assessed by Work Based Assignments. To assist with this, the system contains an online assessment portfolio. It is for the corporate client, and/or the individual, and the trainer to agree upon the extent of tutor support services required, when booking this course. We offer a wide range of both accredited and non-accredited courses which can be accommodated both directly as e-learning or a blended approach.

This course is based at our main engineering training facility, located just off the M1 J34 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Ideally situated for access from Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster or Rotherham.
