This eProgramme is designed to provide the Level 3 – Starting your Enterprise management Award and Certificate qualifications as awarded by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). The programme consists of three modules for the Award and a further three modules for students progressing to the Full Certificate. For corporate clients customized programmes can be provided with a selection from 31 Units that provides best fit with the learning requirement. The Level 3 Award aims to provide candidates with the essential knowledge and skills required by those starting their own business/enterprise, or a discreet business unit within a larger organisation.

This could include a social enterprise, charity or co-operative. The Level 3 Certificate aims to provide candidates with comprehensive knowledge and skills required by those starting their own business/enterprise, or a discreet business unit within a larger organisation. This could include a social enterprise, charity or co-operative. A minimum of 34 hours are required for the Award modules and 95 hours for the Certificate. However to provide a solid foundation of underpinning knowledge the programme contains 41 online study hours for the Award and 121 for the Certificate. All assessment methodologies are designed to allow the candidate to make decisions about assessing their own suitability to start up and run a business/enterprise and to consider the implications of doing this.

It is for the corporate client, and/or the individual, and the trainer to agree upon the extent of tutor support services required, when booking this course. We offer a wide range of both accredited and non-accredited courses which can be accommodated both directly as e-learning or a blended approach

This course is based at our main engineering training facility, located just off the M1 J34 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Ideally situated for access from Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster or Rotherham.
