The ILM Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading is designed for team leaders who are primarily concerned with motivating their team members and achieving agreed outputs, with limited authority for deploying resources. This certificate provides individuals with an awareness of the skills and techniques required for effective supervision of staff. It provides an introduction to first line management and gives those new to the role the skills and knowledge to make an immediate and positive impact within their job. The programme is structured over 3 days, 1 day per week for 3 weeks. However, for those who wish to take a more considered approach, flexible programmes are available which are tailored to meet individual or organisational requirements.

This course is based at our main engineering training facility, located just off the M1 J34 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Ideally situated for access from Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster or Rotherham.
