This eProgramme is designed to provide the Level 2 – Award in Exploring Business Enterprise management qualification, as awarded by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). The programme consists of two Units. Each Unit consists of eBriefings (for self-study) and customized workshops dependent upon corporate client requirements. The Units cover a range of subjects: Health & Safety, Employment Law, Ethics & Diversity, Communication & Problem Solving, Marketing & Selling, Customer & Quality, Finance, and Information & Resource Management.

This is a Level 2 Award aims to offer individuals the opportunity to explore enterprise – its purpose, functions and operations, and recognise the basic personal skills and knowledge required to work effectively and successfully within an enterprise. A minimum of 34 hours are required. However to provide a solid foundation of underpinning knowledge the programme contains 54 online learning hours. Achievement of the qualification is dependent on the completion of a Work-based Assignment of between 750 – 1000 words and a Reflective Log of between 250 – 500 words; to assist with this the system contains an online assessment portfolio.

This course is based at our main engineering training facility, located just off the M1 J34 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Ideally situated for access from Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster or Rotherham.
