Brinsworth Training Gets The X Factor
15 April 2011Brinsworth Training have appointed Leigh Richmond as Employer Engagement Executive as part of their development across Yorkshire and Humber. Leigh’s claim to fame was an appearance on the talent programme X-Factor in 2008. He joins the team having previously worked in similar sales roles for Remploy and Linsco Recruitment.
Leigh 26 from Sheffield said “I am excited to take up this new position at Brinsworth Training, having worked for a number of years with employers across the region I am looking forward to applying my skills to this new opportunity”.

Current figures have shown a consistent high of unemployed young people in the labour market, but Brinsworth are bucking the national trend on a number of fronts. The organisation has secured over 140 employment opportunities over the last 8 months and has also seen over a 300% increase in apprenticeship numbers.
Leigh will report to Employer Engagement Manager Daniel Swift who added “Leigh has a good mix of experience that involves recruitment and training and we are looking forward to him assisting in raising the profile of our organisation with employers across the City Region”.
Building on his success in the singing competition Brinsworth are sure that Leigh will be a real hit with employers!
Companies wishing to discuss their workforce development requirements can contact Leigh on 01709 389520.
