This course is designed for candidates who ideally have experience of manual machining disciplines to further their skills to learn the programming, setting and operation of C.N.C. machine tools. State of the art new C.N.C. Machines offer training in leading control systems including FANUC, SIEMENS and HEIDENHAIN offering a introductory overview of modern C.N.C. machining methods.

 

• C.N.C. machining centre programming and operation
• Use of  CAD/CAM Software.
• Interpretation and implementation of engineering drawings
• Full simulation software for complete offline proving of C.N.C. tool paths
• Cutting tool speed and feed calculations
• Tool setting and selection

Qualification :

Upon completion, candidates will recieve a Brinsworth Academy of Engineering certificate of achievement.

For Your Information :

Brinsworth Academy of Engineering has the flexibility to facilitate your requirements as an organisation or individual courses can also be delivered on a part time (evening classes) basis. course content can be adjusted to provide more in –depth C.N.C. machining understanding Please bring pen and paper and wear/bring with you PPE (personal protective equipment) protective clothing, eye wear, gloves etc and steel toecap boots for the workshop activities. Brinsworth can supply if needed hats, gloves and glasses
