This course is designed improve candidate’s understanding of fault finding, and is designed for operators, supervisors and maintenance personnel. Working on the MAS which is a condensed footprint of an automated assembly line, you will work on each of the five units learning the control philosophy and technologies of each unit. Throughout the 5 days you will work on all five units building up an understanding of the whole unit. Once you have developed your knowledge your tutor will set a number of faults on the unit ranging from basic to quite advanced, for you to diagnose.

• Introduction to the MAS
• Understand the control philosophy and technologies
• Working on all the 5 units (all with different controls and technologies)
• Fault Identification and Rectification

Qualification : All successful candidates upon completion will receive the Centre Certificate of Competence in Modular Assembly System (MAS) – Fault Finding

For Your Information :

This course is based at our main engineering training facility, located just off the M1 J34 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Ideally situated for access from Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster or Rotherham.
