Company Details - Completion in full is mandatory for booking courses

Course Details – To be used for booking the same course for multiple delegates; multiple courses for a single delegate or group bookings

Course Title can also be the Program Number if Block Courses

Candidate Details - If details are known, please complete for each individual at time of booking. Otherwise delegate details should be supplied prior to the commencement of the course

Course Times – Start and finish times are 08:30AM-16:00PM unless otherwise stated

 

It is MANDATORY that candidate details for City & Guilds Courses are supplied 14 days before the Monday of the exam.

 

Course Books – Refer to Course Directory for details of which courses require books. Candidates have the option to buy or loan Course Books. Please indicate the option on the booking form. (Refer to Course Price List for cost to buy or loan books)

 

Candidates may bring their own books as long as it is a current edition – 17th Edition, Inspection & Testing, Pat Testing & Domestic Electrical VRQ/Part P

PASSPORT TO SAFETY & REFRESHER

The Passport Refresher course can only be taken 3 months either side of your current passport expiry date

Candidates are required to bring 2 passport sized photos on Course Day1

Candidates must be able to understand and speak English

Candidates on the refresher course must bring their previous passport

 

INSPECTION & TESTING 2391

City & Guilds 2391 courses must be booked before the 1st of the month before exam date to avoid the £55.00 awarding body late administration charge

Late bookings will be invoiced extra at £55.00 per delegate

 

17th EDITION UPDATE

Candidates must return the booking form with a copy of their original 16th Edition Certificate as this is used to claim your new certificate

Candidates 16th edition certificate must have been achieved after June 2001 or the full course is required

Candidates unable to produce this will not be able to sit the course

 

EXAM RE-SITS AND REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES

The Exam re-sit fee is charged up to £50.00 depending on the exam. This will be invoiced and paid for before the re-sit exam takes place.

Replacement Certificates will be charged at £50.00 per certificate including the administration fee.

 

On receipt of a completed booking form you will receive a letter of confirmation, joining instructions and an invoice with Terms and Conditions. The total cost is to be paid in full before the course date; however cash or cheque can be paid on the first day of the course. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to sit the course
